Detection of HTTP/2 DoS attacks
Jurek, Michael ; Komosný, Dan (referee) ; Sikora, Marek (advisor)
This bahelor thesis is focused on the issue of generating and detecting network Slow DoS attacks of application protocol HTTP/2. As a goal it has to sum up princples of networking, chronological development of web protocols and principles of these attacks. It provides design, creation and testing of Slow DoS attacks generator and theirs successfull detection. Final product is tested on real web server Apache 2.4.17.
Comparison of H-infinity and LQG controller
Friml, Dominik ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Pohl, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the MIMO system analysis, with a comparison of a different frequency charactersitics, and including singular values characteristic. The H2 and H norms are defined for signals and a MIMO systems. A MIMO optimal control using an LQG, an H2 and an H control is defined and described. Their general advantages, disadvantages and similarities are summed up. An H2 and an H state controller and state observer synthesis is implemented in a MATLAB using linear matrix inequalities. Control of an inverted pendulum is designed using the H optimal cascade control, the H2 state control and the H state control. The results are compared with each other. The theoretical possibility of same H2 and H optimal state controller design is presented.
Use H2 Database in JBoss Application Server
Penčikov, Michal ; Fiedor, Jan (referee) ; Letko, Zdeněk (advisor)
The JBoss application server (AS) is an open source implementation of the Java EE standard. Currently, the JBoss AS uses the HSQL database system for testing purposes. This database system has certain limitations. Therefore, there is a need to use another database system for testing of JBoss AS. H2 is a relatively new relational database entirely written in Java. This thesis describes configuring JBoss AS so it is able to use the H2 database instead of HSQL database. The thesis then provides JBoss AS test results obtained by running tests after reconfiguration and identifies issues that need to be solved before deployment of H2 database.

Molecular identification and phylogeny of \kur{Chlorella} spp. production strains utilized in algal biotechnologies
VODIČKA, Tomáš
Green algae are quite important primary producers in fresh waters. The genus Chlorella represents one of algae most frequently utilized in algal biotechnologies to produce biomass, using either autotrophic or heterotrophic cultivation systems. It is than exploited as a food supplement for humans or animals. However, particular species within the genus are morphologically indistinguishable and molecular markers should be used to characterize production strains. This work is aimed to molecularly characterize three production strains of Chlorella for patent protection purposes and to specify their phylogenetic and taxonomic position.
